Chinese language is now expecting more learners across the world, and Confucius Institutes are booming. Taking the good opportunity, this project aims to build a Chinese learning resources platform with world Chinese learners at the center. It intends to meet the needs of Chinese learners of different countries, ages, atdifferent levels, and to make fragmented learning, independent learning, and personalized learning possible. The platform will provide learners with processed learning resources in modular such as speech, vocabulary, grammar, graded reading, Chinese characters and others through websites, mobile phone APP and other channels to improve learners’ learning ability, Chinese teachers’ teaching ability, as well as promote the in-depth development of international Chinese language education.
