祁大伟，男，1982年出生，中国人民大学商学院管理学博士，产业经济学博士后，副教授，商学院副院长。研究方向企业跨文化战略管理、组织与人力资源管理。主要从事《企业管理》《人力资源管理》《创业与创新》《时尚管理与营销》等课程的教学工作。近年来先后在学术刊物上发表文章7篇，完成译著教材1册。

QI Dawei, male, born in 1982, Ph.D in management and Post-Doctoral Researcher in industrial economics in Business School of Renmin University of China, associate professor, deputy dean of Businesses School of BLCU. His main research field focuses on Inter-Cultural Management, Management of Organization and HRM. The principal teaching area includes Corporate Management, HRM, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Management and Marketing of Fashion Industry etc. He has published seven papers on domestic or international journals, and completed one textbook translation.
