At 14: 00, Italian time on May 19, the “China Tourism Culture Week” jointly organized by the Confucius Institute at UCSC and the China Tourism Office in Rome kicked off in the Arch of Peace of Milan.

This activity includes cultural display and experience activities such as taste of china cuisine, dragon and lion dance, Tai Chi performance, folk music performance, Peking Opera facial makeup drawing, calligraphy, paper cutting, etc. The aim is to present colorful traditional Chinese culture and art to the citizens of Milan and the surrounding areas, so that the audience can not only see it with their own eyes, but also participate in and experience it with their own hands, further reducing the distance between the local people and Chinese culture and art, and further enabling the Italian people to feel the charm of Chinese culture and Chinese language.
