Dear international students in China,
Recently, the epidemic prevention and control situation has been severe and complicated. Beijing has added new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in recent days. Many restaurants, supermarkets and other public areas have become epidemic-related risk places, and the risk of epidemic transmission has affected many schools. In order to effectively ensure the safety and health of teachers and students, according to the latest requirements for epidemic prevention and control at superiors, the recent epidemic prevention and precautions are hereby reminded as follows:
1. Students who stay in the school should abide by the regulations on epidemic prevention and control of the school strictly, which requires us not to leave the school or Beijing unless necessary. If there is an emergency or matters must be handled out of school, you must apply to the management teacher in advance and provide the time, whereabouts, scheduling, mode of transportation and other required information. Only with the approval of the management teacher can you leave the school.
2. Students who get accommodation outside school also should strictly abide by the regulations on community epidemic prevention and control, do not leaving Beijing unless necessary. Please don’t participate in social gatherings or go to crowded places. Also make sure your appropriate self-protection when going out and keep social distance please. If you have symptoms including fever, cough or diarrhea, please inform the local authorities concerned and the teacher in charge in time.
3.Please finish your COVID test three times in five days as required. The time of the third COVID test for students living inside the campus is 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on April 30th. And the test place is next to ping-pong table. For students who live outside the school, please finish the COVID test as the community arranged in time.
4. According to the school's statutory holiday arrangement in 2022, Labor Day’s vacation is from April 30th to May 4th, five days will be off in total. Please plan your holiday life rationally, pay attention to fire prevention, transportation security and theft prevention, take precautions against all types of phone and financial fraud to ensure the safety of personal property.
