The management is build on both Chinese and French members: the French director is appointed directly by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs; the Chinese director is appointed by the Chinese university.
The Alliance Française is a partnership program between the French and Chinese Ministries of Foreign Affairs which is a model of Sino-French cooperation in the provision of education. In accordance with the principles of equal cooperation and mutual benefits, the management of the French and Chinese sides jointly lead the development of the Alliance française.
The administrative team of Alliance Française of Beijing consists of a general administration department, a customer service department, and a culture and marketing department. We are an intercultural organization, harmonious, friendly and dynamic, with members from different countries and cultures working together to promote the French language and culture.
The Alliance Française Beijing’s pedagogy team consists of more than 50 teachers both Chinese and foreign. All of the teachers at Alliance Française Beijing have a FLE diploma in French as a foreign language or a master's degree in a related field and a wealth of experience in teaching French, and all of the teachers at Alliance Française Beijing are certified examiners for the DELF-DALF French language proficiency exam by the French Ministry of Education. They will not only teach you the language in a lively and interesting way and develop your language skills, but they will also bring you the international culture and perspective that they have gained from studying abroad or teaching in several countries.
